Our Mission

Hello! I am Allison Fitzpatrick, founder and owner of Tadpole Speech Therapy, LLC. I was born and raised here in Omaha and received both my bachelor's and my master's degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I have been an SLP for over 5 years and I have done everything from from school-based to private clinics to teletherapy! Through this, I found my true passion in early intervention and parent coaching. 

Working with children and their families over the years has shown me the importance of parent involvement when it comes to children making gains in their communication skills and their overall development. As a mother to a busy toddler myself, I understand how time constraints, home and/or work responsibilities, and the demands of every day life can quickly make it feel overwhelming to "add one more thing" to our to-do lists. My goal is to help bridge this gap for parents and caregivers by coaching them to incorporate strategies into the routines and play that already take place in their home everyday! I want more families to feel empowered and confident in taking an active role in their child's language development!
